The original building was designed by Josef Hild for Gyorgy Melchior but this was later knocked down.

Frigyes Schulek, a famous architect bought the plot and built a holiday house for his family. The value of this territory by that time became higher and it became a favored area by bankers and aristocrats.

The building that can be seen today was built in 1896. In 1905 it was broaden by the plans of Ignac Alpar. In 1924 Emil Vilmos designed the extra floors in secession style.

As the building has a long history and several famous architects’ worked on its final look we feel it is our commitment to prepare the plans for the reconstruction with this in mind.

In the city centre still in green belt

Our new apartments are being built in the neighborhood of the City Park, in a safe green belt area.
